Ms. Parker has over 20 years of experience in the educational system, working with teens and individuals with disabilities.  She has worked with a non-profit organization for eight years, teaching individuals with disabilities employment skills.  Ms. Parker is certified in Exceptional Student Education, Autism Spectrum Disorder, ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages), and Reading.  She is a native of Century, FL, and aspires to see positive growth within the community and surrounding areas. 

Mrs. McMillan has been in education for twelve years, serving as an elementary teacher, high school reading teacher, and language arts co-teacher.  She is certified in Exceptional Student Education, ESOL (English Speakers of Other Languages),  Reading, and Elementary Education.  She has worked with a non-profit organization teaching teens with disabilities employment skills.  She is a native of Century, FL, and has dedicated herself to encouraging teens to be successful and reach their full potential.
